The tech ring provides valuable information and helps to see trends over time with benchmark data to see where you stand relative to others in your age group (and others for that matter). You can see results from different influences, such as how many drinks you had that night and medication, if any, taken. Additionally it is very functional, effective and easy to use as a “normal” ring, but more comfortable and provides data on that activity as well. Wearing overnight takes some getting used to and I found it best to build up to that over time. Definitely works as intended in both the data collection and functionality. I also use the FirmTech non-tech rings on occasion as well and they are easy to use and effective. A lot of work went into this by Elliot and his team and you can tell! Very innovative.
