I looked forward to gathering the data and learning what could make a difference with my health, but never really got off the ground. The first tech band I had lasted 5 or 6 nights before snapping at some point during the night. The replacement band is much tighter and I cannot wear it very long, especially if I get an erection, as it doesn't allow the blood to retreat and relax - causing me to wake and remove it to fall back asleep. So, there are no full-night readings to learn from since.

The performance ring, though, works amazing - easy to use and performs better than any other style I have used.
