I decided to purchase the TechRing before having any noticeable problems, so I can track any changes as I age. So far, it’s really great to know what is going on with my body during my sleep and other activities. Speaking of the other activities, both the TechRing and the Max Performance Ring (purchased as a combo) bring added pleasure and sensations (more so with the Max PR) when being intimate with my wife. It did take a few nights of wearing the TechRing for it to feel comfortable, but then it’s not very noticeable. I wouldn’t recommend wearing it multiple nights in a row as this caused some minor swelling in some parts of my flaccid glans & foreskin, which was a little freaky but it went away later in the day. Wearing either one during sex is barely noticeable and they both increased performance. I really like reviewing the graphs and averages, and I look forward to noticing any significant effects from various medications, supplements, or aging. I also like the health early warning potential from being able to monitor changes that aren’t normally tracked. Not that I’m trying to artificially increase my numbers, but I wouldn’t wear the TechRing all night right after engaging in sex as I’ve noticed the number of erections is reduced for that night (at least for me). I recommend wearing the TechRing all night to monitor natural erections and then having sex in the morning to get good readings for both. It took a little while to get things figured out as how to run the app and coordinate it with the ring, but once I got that figured out, (with the help of great customer service), I am very happy with the product.
