I placed an incorrect order online, what do I do?

How is my FirmTech erectile ring delivered?

FirmTech erectile rings are delivered via mail in discreet packaging. The time for delivery depends upon your location.  

Are there any local import costs?

Our foreign customers may be subject to certain import costs. As part of its shipping policy, FirmTech does not pay for any import costs. Please note, import costs vary from country to country.

Do you ship to a PO box?

Yes, we do.

What payment methods are available?

All major credit cards, apple pay, facebook pay, google pay, klarna, paypal and shop.

Will my credit card details be saved?

Yes. All details are encrypted. 

How do I track my order?

Login to your e-commerce account.

Do you ship to international locations?

Yes, we do! Although we free shipping does not apply and be sure to look into import costs before purchase as the customer is responsible for these charges.

What is your return policy?

If your performance ring is damaged or flawed, you can return it by mail to an address provided by our customer service department. If received within 30 days, we will send a new replacement to you.
