I was not sure about this when I ordered it (wish I had known at the time I could use HSA).

When I received it, I tried it several nights just to see how it worked. Had great success with just a couple of issues that were easy to take care of.

I find the data collected to be very helpful in learning what the good or bad effects are of my lifestyle. The results are displayed right there to see. So I'm trying to include more of those things that are raising my score (clean foods, exercise and supplements) and trying to hold back on those that lower my score (alcohol and bad food choices).

You're shooting in the dark without the real proof that techring provides.
