GOES ON EASY WHETHER YOU’RE HARD OR SOFT
Using Your Tech Ring
STARTING AND UPLOADING YOUR TECH RING DATA
Short press the power button located on the side. A blue light will appear and will flash until paired with the app.
Open the FirmTech app on your mobile device and press PAIR. The blue light will stop flashing once paired.
To begin recording a session, after pairing in the app, you will press the "Record a session" button.
Once you press "Record a session" the light on the ring will flash green 10 times. This means the device has unpaired from your phone and is now recording data.
To stop recording press and hold the power button until 3 red lights flash. This will stop the recording and turn off your Tech Ring.
To upload the data you will need power on the device again. Then open the FirmTech app on your device and press pair. Once the device is paired it will automatically start uploading the data. Just keep the ring close to your device and keep the app open until it is complete.
How To Charge Your Tech Ring
Place the Tech Ring onto the charging dock aligning the wireless charging icons on the Tech Ring and the Dock.
Wrap the Tech Ring CLOCKWISE around the charger.
When the Tech Ring is charging a red pulsating light will appear. Once fully charged, a constant green light will appear. It is not necessary for the device to be fully charged to be used.
Caution: Don't Over Stretch
Stretching any of our erections rings beyond reasonable length brings risk to damaging the elastomer. Please take care of your rings and avoid stretching them beyond the intended use. Remember this is not a slingshot or a rubber band.
Interpreting Your Data
What is the Erectile Fitness Score (EFS)?
Developed by physicians, the EFS takes into account the number of documented sexual activity, average number of nocturnal erections, average duration and firmness of all documented erections. An overall score of 7+ is good. As the data base expands, we will learn more about what is normal for men of all ages and with varying medical conditions and medication issues.
*Note: We will only give a score if users have 4 or more recordings in the last 30 days.
Understanding the recordings and graphs:
The number of nocturnal erections and the duration and firmness of all erections are leading indicators of cardiovascular health, medication issues, or other problems. A persistent decrease in nocturnals and in firmness can indicate diabetes, high blood pressure, and clogged blood vessels. Medications for depression, anxiety, sleep, blood pressure, and more can be “cock killers.” Stress, performance anxiety, and obesity can also lead to dysfunction. Cutting back on drinking, recreational drugs, and smoking can help.
If men see a consistent decrease in firmness and duration and nocturnals while using our Tech Ring, we recommend seeing a health care provider for an evaluation. The TechRing can help measure if those changes are working.
